Another downside to using an employment agreement template is the potential for building inflexibility into your business. In particular, employment law changes may invalidate or make an existing agreement out of date. If you use the same job template for hundreds of employees and the law changes, you may need to go back and have them re-sign new contracts. This would not always benefit the company, though it is a small risk to take to get the significant legal protections afforded by even the simplest of contracts.
Once employed, the employee usually fills out an employee form that he needs to fill out with the information requested. An employee form template would normally look like a form with the name of the company on top, and a title stating New Employee Form. An employee form template would normally ask for the name of the person, his department or his position title. Those information are necessary so that from the list of many employees of the company, each one may be identified from the other. Part of the template would be the complete address of the employee.
